Fluke was founded by John Fluke in Springdale, Connecticut, USA in 1948. In 1993, Fluke bought the testing and measuring device division from Philips Electronics in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This location today serves as Fluke’s regional office for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In England, Fluke has an office and manufacturing facility in Norwich, Norfolk.
