Stuart Brown has been appointed as General Manager, United Kingdom and Ireland with Emerson Process Management. He takes over from Paul Smith who, after three years at the helm, is appointed as Emerson Vice President Middle East and Africa.
Since joining Emerson in 1995 as Business Unit Manager for Daniel Measurement & Control, Stuart has held multiple roles within the company. Most recently he was Business Leader for the Remote Automation Solutions organisation in Europe. Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in the process industry, starting his career at AMEC.

The processing industry in the UK has faced a tough few years, but we are now seeing growth return to the sector and Emerson is perfectly placed to help meet the industries challenges," said Stuart Brown.
