Harting has introduced a new hood with an angled cable outlet for its innovative Han-Yellock® industrial connector.
The new hood is designed with the shape of the human hand in mind, and enables optimum housing clamping operation. In particular, it makes it easy for untrained personnel to carry out perfect connections. The risk of faulty operation is reduced, and operating convenience is increased.
The division of the hood into two makes it easy to gain access to the electrical contacts, allowing servicing and testing to be carried out efficiently.
This type of housing has a range of applications covering M20, M25 and M32 cable entry points.
The result is an optimally designed interface for use in operator consoles, input devices, displays and support arm systems.
