“We’re delighted to have won this award as it truly demonstrates our commitment to the industry,” says Marek Lukaszczyk, European Marketing Manager at WEG. “WEG is dedicated to technical innovation, reducing energy consumption and giving customers the highest level of service, and we’re proud to have been recognised by our customers and the industry alike. This is the third successive year that we have won this category, which is a real testament to our team and cements our position as the leading supplier to the pump industry.”
Over the years WEG has built excellent relationships with its partners, listening to their needs and the needs of their customers, and developing innovative products which meet and far exceed the needs of legislation. For example, WEG’s full range of W22 Super Premium standard induction motors already comply with the yet-to-be implemented IE4 regulations, enabling customers to maximise on the potential energy savings at an affordable cost.
The award comes weeks after WEG was also presented with a customer value enhancement award from Frost & Sullivan. The judges praised WEG for its focus on customer support and feedback. Motors can have a long operating life, and WEG is dedicated to maintaining a service commitment to its customers to make sure that its motors always run well and reliably. This also gives WEG the opportunity to sustain interaction with users, making sure they are getting the best from their equipment and keeping them informed of developments in technology, legislation, etc
