New option for pumping viscous fluids
The Chem-Pro® C2 and C3 Metering Pump, from Blue-White, are now offered with ½ inch ball check valve in the PVDF pump head for pumping viscous fluids. Other features include a rugged DC gear motor enclosed in a chemical resistant housing of polyester powder coated metal for wash-down applications (NEMA 4X – IP 66). The Chem-Pro also includes a built-in controller with remote speed control via 4-20mA pulse inputs; 100:1 turndown ratio; DFD, Built-in Leak Detection System senses chemical in the pump head and shuts off the pump; and alarm output, as well as Flow Verification System. Maximum output is 42.0 U.S. gallons per hour/159 liters per hour. Maximum pressure is 175 psi / 12 bar, suction lift 15 feet of water. Operator friendly digital touch pad and easy to read back lit LCD display that displays percentage of motor speed and diaphragm failure alarm.
