Kistler force links are widely used in measuring dynamic forces on vibrating tables and quality assurance applications in laboratory and production. The latest addition to the range suits applications requiring a lower measuring range at lower and higher operating temperatures. The new Type 9327C force link has an Fxy measuring range of ±4 kN and Fz of ±8 kN to suit testing of small, precision components and products. The full range now consists of five types covering measuring ranges from ±4 kN to ±150 kN.The new type has a pre-loaded force link sealed in a robust stainless steel housing measuring only 42 x 42 x 42 mm. The operating temperature range of –40 to +120 degrees Celsius with the option of IP67 protection rating make the force link suitable for a wide range of applications. The rigid construction ensures exceptional crosstalk, hysteresis and linearity performance in tension and compression, irrespective of the point of force application. A compact, robust, multipole connector provides easy connection using a cable standard across the whole of the Kistler range of force links.
