New technical trainer!

Anthony Suddes has joined MCP as a technical trainer covering mechanical, electrical and maintenance disciplines.

Anthony’s 22 year’ service with the RAF has set him in good stead to work with MCP’s impressive list of training clients. His service career involved work as an avionic mechanic specialising in communications, radar and flight systems and latterly in a training and management role.

Initially he worked as a flight line mechanic responsible for the day to day servicing of various helicopter types operating throughout the world, with special responsibility for the high profile Search and Rescue Squadron.

A spell as Instructor/Trainer followed with involvement in the delivery of theory and practical work on live aircraft to new recruits, including international students from the
UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Latterly he became responsible for designing and amending Instructional Specifications and Syllabi for the instructional staff at Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering (DCAE), Cosford covering traditional and e-learning courseware.

He was selected from an impressive line up of candidates. What sets Tony apart is his professional friendly manner, broad experience and e-learning expertise.

Anthony is a member of the British Computer Society the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute for Learning.
