Following a successful 2014 conference held in Houston, (TX USA), Yokogawa Corporation of America is holding its 2016 Users Conference and Exhibition to be held October 3 – 6, 2016 in Orlando, (FL USA).
The bi-annual conference and exhibition provides a unique opportunity for Yokogawa users to network with fellow professionals, industry and business leaders, and Yokogawa product and solutions experts. Individuals gain in-depth, quantified insight into how peers are using automation technologies to deliver industry-leading results.
Led by users for users User Group, the 2016 conference will allow for a valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers and end-users. The main event will run from Tuesday October 4 to Thursday October 6, with pre-conference sessions beginning on Monday October 3. The conference program includes Yokogawa platform technology updates, industry and technology keynotes, workshops and panel sessions, all designed to help users and partners fully utilize automation technologies. Yokogawa will also host a welcome reception, customer appreciation night, and other networking events designed to maximize the exchange of ideas.
The program is currently being designed to help users find ways to increase quality and efficiency, and lower operating costs through proven methods of use of Yokogawa products. Conference, exhibition, and networking opportunities provide a concentrated venue for individuals involved in the upstream oil and gas, chemical, refining, and other industries to learn and share ideas and best practices among product and industry specialists, fellow users, and Yokogawa suppliers. The conference portion also features hands-on workshops and seminars in which attendees may participate to earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) certificates.
An exhibition area will consist of Yokogawa’s integrated portfolio of platforms and solutions, along with partner solutions. Users will learn more about these solutions and how they can assist in achieving safe, reliable, and profitable operations in their facilities.
