Keeping better track of complex processes.

The new MANTA widescreens from R. STAHL HMI Systems visualise even complex production systems in process plants in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner. The 22", 24" and 24" WU displays with high resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels are exceptionally bright and rich in contrast, which is rare for industrial applications. They are available in various enclosure versions with an analogue-resistive membrane or as a glass touchscreen.

The cleanroom-compatible design of these HMIs meets all requirements according to FDA and GAMP, making the widescreens ideally suitable for operation in the food, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries. R. STAHL supplies industrial-grade types for non-hazardous areas as well as explosion-protected widescreen HMIs for zones 1, 21 and 2, 22. They are available as KVM systems, Thin Clients or Panel PCs for very variable integration into many different system architectures.

As an option, the devices can be fitted with a range of country-specific keyboard layouts and equipped with an additional input device such as a joystick, mouse, trackball or pointer touchpad. Barcode and RFID readers can be integrated as well. On request, R. STAHL HMI Systems will also design special solutions tailored to fit specific customer requirements.
