A range of rugged illuminated pushbutton switches from Dailywell Electronics are available from Diamond Electronics. All Dailywell products are manufactured in their own ISO 9001:2000-certified factories and carry international safety agency approvals.

Typical applications include access systems, office and factory control systems, instrumentation, alarm systems and medical products.
Four series of metal switches are available with a variety of illumination options. The 16mm diameter MPB16 is available with either an illuminated ring on the button or an illuminated ring and power symbol. The push to make action is rated at 2A/36VDC, is available in black or silver anodised and has an operating temperature range of -20 to +70°C.
The 19mm diameter MPB19 series also offers an illuminated ring on the button, illuminated ring and power symbol or an illuminated centre spot and is available finished in stainless steel, nickel plated brass or aluminium alloy.
The final new metal pushbutton is the MPB22 a 22mm diameter model, available only with an Illuminated ring and finished in either natural stainless steel or black anodised
Both the MPB19 and MPB22 are available with single and double throw change-over switching options rated at 3A/250VAC and have an operating temperature range of -20 +55°C
All the MPB series are rated to IP67, offer white, red, yellow, green or blue LED illumination or no illumination option and connection is via solder terminal or flying leads
Also available from Diamond Electronics is the low cost PAS series of sub-miniature pushbutton switches available in chromium or brushed nickel finish. The PAS family have a diameter of 17.50mm and single pole momentary or latching contacts and IP67 rating. Connection is via solder lug, flying leads or through-hole soldering. The small diameter rugged design makes them ideal for control panels and arduous applications including defence. Cap colours available are white, black, red, orange, yellow, green or blue with LED illumination in white, red, yellow, green or blue.
