TPSys Live, a new option within Aegis’ machine interface for MyData placement equipment, provides a synchronized database connection to their TPSys database, yielding the most effective and accurate means for offline programming. The refreshed interface leverages the TPSys Live connection through its ‘New Component Setup’ wizard that visually presents CAD shapes and TPSys packages side-by-side and intelligently ranks suitable package candidates for unknown part numbers.“We are pleased with the continuous innovations that AEGIS, our partner of 12 years, has developed for MYDATA” said Product Manager, Mattias Jonsson. “Our customers are able to seamlessly program their MYDATA equipment through an elegant direct database connection, and add new components directly into the TPSys library.
