An introduction to load, force and torque
Omega Engineering is producing a new Technical reference series of web pages detailing the history, theory and best operating principles of measurement and control fundamentals. Designed as a technical aid for engineers, technicians and students, the first in this series is aimed at force load & torque, and provides details on strain configurations, load cell design, piezoelectric sensors, as well as acceleration and vibration sensors.
