Industry 4.0 quality management system.

Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH has appointed the  QuinLogic GmbH to fit out a state-of-the-art QES quality management system for all relevant production processes. The order comprises a central QES database solution.

Simulation of the rules before being used on the line

The new quality management system will supplement the existing systems and go into operation in 2018.

The integrated simulation possibility enables the entire set of rules to be checked before being applied on the line, based on the customer’s archived data. In this way, Salzgitter can guarantee production and delivery according to specifications at all times, even if customer requirements change or new rules are used.
