Specialist Maintenance Consultant appointed!

Richard Fathers

Richard Fathers has joined MCP Consulting and Training having gained extensive experience from working within the British food industry. His main career path, for over 17 years, was with Tinsley Foods where he covered a variety of roles; these included Maintenance Engineer, Factory Engineer, Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and General Manager.

This was followed by roles in both Engineering and Manufacturing over the next 5 years, covering Chief Engineer/Operations Manager and Business Services Manager responsible for Engineering, Health & Safety, Environmental/ Lean Management Team.

Most recently, Richard has worked as Chief Engineer with Greencore Foods, Spalding (GB).

MCP’s clients will be able to call on this expertise in maintenance and asset management and business systems’ improvement.
