Keith Barnard has joined PAC as the Company President. Keith has over 17 years of experience in plant management, manufacturing, and operations. Keith comes to PAC from Flowserve where he worked for 7 years. He held several positions, including the Vice-President of Manufacturing, Vice-President of China Operations, and Vice-President of General Industries and China Sector.

He brings with him skills that will greatly assist him with his new role at PAC, including the Manufacturing Management Program, a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and many Master Black Belt certifications in Lean Manufacturing.”
Keith started his career at General Electric where he worked as a productivity engineer, quality manager, and was promoted to plant manager. From there, he worked at Dresser as the General Manager. Keith earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M.
