Recognising Irish service to automation.

We have received the following communication from the Ireland Section of the International Society of Automation (ISA). This section has been recognising service, innovation and mastery in the discipline of instrumentation, measurement, control and automation in Ireland since 1977. We reported on the previous awards ceremony (2016) here.

"We seek Nominations from the General Membership for the following categories of ISA Ireland Section Awards in 2017. Details and forms (in MS Word format) are as follows:

• Automation Champion Award 
• Innovative Project Award
• Pioneer Award

Please study the criteria for each award and if you think someone is eligible for any of these three categories of awards, submit a completed nomination form to Alan Bateman by Friday, 17th November 2017.
