Test probe for use in flying probe testers

A new range of test probes for use in flying probe testers such as the Acculogic (Scorpion) and Digitaltest test systems is now available from Peak Test Services.

The P48/G and P57/G FP Series are variants of Peak’s threaded probes, and incorporate a locking system to ensure high test-point accuracy. They offer a choice of travel distance, tip styles, contact pressure and plating material. Maximum current rating is between 5 and 8 A, and typical continuity resistance is less than 20 milliohms.
