Designed around an easier-to-use digital platform, the new analyzer is a rugged and reliable product ready to handle a wide range of industrial applications, including ethylene production, carbon capture, ethylene dichloride production, and the direct reduction iron process.

Rhys Jenkins, IP&E Spectroscopic Product Manager, said: “Built on a trusted pedigree of photometric analyzers, the new SpectraExact 2500 features some unique enhancements and connectivity options to ensure easy-to-use, next generation performance in a flexible, rugged and robust platform.

“This is an advanced, updated version of an existing, trusted analyzer that is well-known and widely used across a variety of industrial processes. It is a true next-generation product.”

It delivers flexible, real-time, on-line process analysis capability in corrosive, toxic, and flammable gas streams, making it ideal for an extensive variety of process and emissions gas analysis applications.

With a new, feature-rich design, and trusted non-depleting sensing technologies, the new SpectraExact 2500 offers extended maintenance intervals and dramatically reduced ongoing costs.

Enhancements include industrial-leading Infrared technology, a larger screen, more intuitive interface, simpler navigation and CE approval for the European market.
