Online training in security standards for control.

The International Society of Automation (ISA) has introduced an online, on-demand course, to help users learn the value of the ISA/IEC 62443 series of standards, and how they apply to products and the security development lifecycle.

Product suppliers play a key role in the cybersecurity of industrial automation and control systems (IACS). As more and more internet-connected products are brought into these systems, critical facilities are becoming more vulnerable to cybersecurity attacks. Users will learn in this course, how to help protect vital infrastructure and develop IACS systems and components that are secure by design and offer security by default.

This course is intended for product managers, business development professionals, product developers, and other personnel from product supplier companies that are responsible for:

  • IACS systems product development
  • IACS component product development
  • Product Security Development Lifecycle (SDL)
  • IACS system, component or SDL certification
  • ISA’s courses are developed and vetted by industry experts and are available on any schedule. Users can start this course immediately on any internet-connected device.
This like all ISA’s courses is developed and vetted by industry experts and is available on any schedule. Users can start this course immediately on any internet-connected device.
