Servomex has enhanced its service support to customers with the appointment of two new Service Managers.

Neil Tiley (Upper right) is the new Service Manager EMEAI, covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

He joins the team from global medical technology company Getinge AB, where he was Service Director for the UK and Ireland, managing seven other managers and a total team of 170 field, business development and technical staff.

A keen sportsman, Neil holds an HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering together with an Instrument and System fitter apprenticeship.

Nick Tan (Lower right) joins Servomex as Service Manager ROA, covering the Asia-Pacific region outside of China.

He previously worked at electrical equipment company ABB as Service Cluster Manager, handling the Regional Service Business in South East Asia. Nick studied at the university of western Sydney, where he obtained a degree in engineering management.

Both Neil and Nick will report directly to Global Head of Service Mark Calvert, who said: “I’m delighted that we’ve managed to secure such high-caliber additions to the global service team.

“Neil and Nick bring with them a great deal of experience supporting customers in their respective regions, and a wealth of knowledge about the specific challenges facing clients there.

“The skills and expertise they possess will greatly benefit our customers as we move forward with a global strategic approach to Servomex’s service support provision.

“Working with our existing service teams, they will ensure that our customers continue to receive the support they need to keep their processes running efficiently, with minimal downtime.”
