Machine vision board changes.

The Supervisory Board of Stemmer Imaging has appointed Uwe Kemm to the company’s Executive Board effective from 01 April 2020. As a member of the Executive Board (COO) he will be responsible for the further development and implementation of key initiatives in the context of corporate strategy in addition to overseeing operations in key business units.

Uwe Kemm has more than 30 years of experience as a manager in international and national companies in the technology industry. His responsibilities included, in particular sales and business development as well as successful market launches of new products and technologies. In addition he has assumed responsibility for various company acquisitions as well as organizational development, integration and change management.

At the same time, Martin Kersting (CTO) resigned from the Executive Board as of 31 March 2020 for personal reasons and is leaving the company at his own request. However, he will remain involved in an active advisory function.
