Asset management consultancy appointments.

The MCP Consulting Group has appointed Dave Porrill  to further expand the company's skills in the field of production equipment maintenance, reliability strategies and systems within the FMCG environment. His remit is to grow the MCP portfolio of regional and national accounts.

They have also announced the appointment of Mark Everson as the latest Technical Trainer with the company.

Dave comes with a wealth of experience, with thirteen years in the pharmaceutical industry, three years in the sugar industry and a range of other roles including one year in the bio-fuels industry.
His international consulting prowess is across multiple geographies, by assisting sites to improve all aspects of maintenance and reliability processes and systems, including CMMS implementation and use.

Dave comments “I am excited to start a new challenge within MCP Consulting Group and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive product and service portfolio. I am fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on top quality service.”

He has experience in TPM programme implementation, World-Class Manufacturing systems and processes, and modern training and development techniques.

Mark is an experienced trainer bringing a vast array of skills and expertise from the contracting and installation industry. He is well equipped to blend his wide-ranging knowledge to effectively design and deliver training programmes to a broad range of audiences from apprentices through to senior authorising engineer level.

His pragmatic approach to delivering training in both public and private educational sectors and his membership of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) has enabled him to keep in touch with industry developments and innovations. This has already proven to be invaluable in the delivery of training programmes to national and international accounts.

His experience includes delivery of training programmes for a number of high profile businesses including: Hamad Medical City, Doha; British Airports Authority (Heathrow, Gatwick & Stansted Airports); Bank of England; Daily Express Newspaper Group; Severn Trent Water Authority; Clarks Shoes; Unilever; Babcock International; Apetito Ltd and GSK.
