LED Component and Indicator Guide.

Marl LED components are designed to enhance the quality, performance and reliability of host equipment, optimising the man machine interface and user experience. They are ideal for industrial and professional applications, including defence, aerospace, rail and specialised markets, such as process control and automation, fire, security and mobile equipment. Custom designs are also available on request.

This range includes PCB mounting diffused LEDs with diameters of 3mm or 5mm in 90º single moulded housings with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. A wide range of colours with bi-colour options, and a number of voltage and low current options are available.

A range of LED bulb replacements are available to provide higher intensity and reliability than filament bulbs. A wide range of standard bulb fittings are catered for with single and multiple LEDs offering narrow and wide visibility angles and a wide range of colours. Durable to shock and vibration the bulb replacement range features bi-polar and AC/DC terminations. Applications include control panels, switch illuminating and automotive.

Completing the product offering are sealed led panel indicators available in a wide range of mounting bezels, including countersunk, to facilitate and enhance control and indicator panel designs. High intensity LED colours feature coloured diffused lens or a smoked lens offering a good on/off ratio and feature bi-polar AC/DC voltage options. Models are available for rugged applications and are durable to shock and vibration with IP67 and IP68-10psi weatherproof options. The possibly unique MARL 671 SERIES features a 3-phase input voltage of up to 440 Vac/DC.
