MCP is organising an AMIS (Asset Management Improvement Service) Master class on the 24th and 25th May at Diageo’s Cameronbridge Distillery, Leven, Scotland for senior level operational/engineering managers to share their experiences. This unique opportunity will enable delegates to benefit from Diageo’s knowledge and pick up ideas for operational improvement applicable to their own organisations.
The Master class is in recognition of Diageo’s AMIS World Class achievement at Cameronbridge – the Highest AMIS score ever in the whisky industry and also in Scotland, with full engagement demonstrated across the site through high performing teams.
The event starts on the afternoon of the 24th May with a tour of the distillery followed by a networking whisky dinner at the distillery.
The workshop on the 25th May will demonstrate how Diageo aligned Asset Care with Manufacturing Improvements to deliver high plant performance through close people engagement. The team will also share how, during their AMIS Journey, they have involved projects with early equipment management during recent major investment programmes, that now makes Cameronbridge the largest distillery in the world, with projected output of over 100 million litres.
