ENVEA has acquired Airmodus, a leading manufacturer of nanoparticle detection systems for the environmental monitoring industry. The acquisition will enable ENVEA to expand its product portfolio with a unique technology, which will be key for future regulations and expand its geographic footprint with an aerosol centre of excellence in Helsinki (FI).

Founded in 2010, Airmodus develops and manufactures nanoparticle detection systems and analysers. Its key products include Condensation Particle Counters (CPCs) and Particle Size Magnifiers (PSMs). It also provides a wide range of accessories for aerosol measurements, as well as maintenance and calibration services. Based in Helsinki, Finland, the company sells its products in nineteen countries and has distributors in thirty.
