Strengthening IT security and vulnerability.

Centreon has been officially designated as a CVE Numbering Authority (CNA), marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to enhancing security within its IT monitoring solutions and the broader technology ecosystem.

As a CNA, Centreon is now authorized to assign CVE identifiers (CVE IDs) and publish CVE Records for vulnerabilities affecting its products, including open-source software components. This designation ensures a more efficient and transparent process for identifying, managing, and disclosing security vulnerabilities. By actively participating in the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) Program, Centreon reinforces its dedication to security best practices and collaboration within the cybersecurity community.

This new role enables Centreon to swiftly address potential security issues, keeping users and IT professionals informed while enhancing the overall security posture of its solutions.
