and Tom Bicker are not only a good team as father and son, but  now also in the management of the company. It is particularly important to them to convince global customers as a reliable partner and innovative solution provider with quality and know-how.

Within the family business, cohesion and solidarity in the workforce are important to both of them. And, of course, the shared profession and passion for all topics related to power supply, UPS and system components. Each generation has its own values, ideas and priorities – together they create an enriching "togetherness" that makes future-oriented and sustainable action in the sense of customers and their needs possible. Tom Bicker, who has been with the company since 2015, combines commercial expertise and a down-to-earth approach with enthusiasm for technology. However, as an ambitious sports pilot and model builder, in his free time he often goes "high up" above the clouds of his hometown and the whole of southern Germany. He, his father and the whole team of Bicker Elektronik are looking forward to the common future.

"Our customers appreciate the high reliability of our power supply and UPS solutions, even under extreme environmental conditions and in 24/7 continuous operation. All over the world, our products are used in systems, plants and machines whose safe operation depends to a large extent on an optimally dimensioned and high-quality power supply. We are aware of our responsibility for the applications of our customers", says Tom Bicker. Bicker Elektronik's target markets include Industry 4.0 / IIoT, automation technology, robotics, medical and laboratory technology, measurement and control technology, transportation, maritime, energy, process control technology, communication and information systems, gaming, POS/POI, digital signage, security and building technology.
