As an industry expert in professional organizations such as ISA, the Supply Chain Council and Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA) International, Gifford has contributed to and taught many manufacturing operations standards, such as ISA-88, ISA-95, Next Gen MESA and Supply-Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) models.
