The survey will be conducted by international market research institute, TNS Infratest, and should only take younot more than fifteen minutes to complete and probably less! "
The TNS Survey is a customer retention survey conducted by marketing research institute, TNS Infratest. It is to find out from our customers themselves, their opinions so we can improve our service to them.
This survey is one that the Endress+Hauser group require each E+H sales centre to run every two years. I am not sure when Endress+Hauser in other countries run their survey, it would depend on when they did their last one, however Endress+Hauser Ireland are running theirs currently at this time, with the invitations being sent out to our customers in Ireland tomorrow.
