The S7 amplifiers contain all the necessary circuitry for transducer excitation, zero and scale adjustment and amplification with a choice of voltage and current outputs. Designed for use with RDP’s extensive range of LVDT and Half Bridge displacement sensors, the S7AC dc powered version for example is easy to set up and calibrate, having a gain of 500 in 8 steps, with ‘fine’ control and a bandwidth of 500Hz. Also incorporated is an 'Over-Range' indicator which warns if the demodulator input exceeds the linear range.
