iPad won!

There are so many companies offering iPads as prizes and we rarely hear if anyone wins. So it is a pleasure to get a report on a winner and on the presentation of the prize!

Following a Europe-wide initiative to reveal the ‘Voice of the Customer’ through an extensive programme of questionnaires, instrumentation specialist HACH LANGE has announced that the winner of the prize draw for respondents is Simon Wright, a System Engineer at EDF Energy in Blackpool. (FB)

The questionnaire was sent to users of Hach Lange's flagship multi-parameter SC1000 Controller and asked for comments on the instrumentation’s ease of use and flexibility.

Simon, who wins an Apple iPad, was randomly chosen from the hundreds of European customers who entered the competition. He said: “I was delighted to discover I was the lucky winner after taking just a few minutes to complete the online questionnaire on the SC1000. I answered questions covering issues such as the controller’s sampling methods, calibration and adaptability.”

The SC 1000 controller offers maximum flexibility for all digital probes and analysers; whether as a conventional controller for up to eight different sensors or as part of an extensive network, the modular upgradable system enables made-to-measure solutions for plants of all types and sizes.
