As Chief Financial Officer, François Michel will be in charge of the company's global financial activities, from the definition of strategic orientations to the management of financial resources.
François Michel brings a wealth of experience in the software and media sector, having headed various financial departments within the Lagardère Group. Before joining Centreon, he worked as a financial transition manager for various large manufacturing and retailing organizations, as well as start-ups.
Throughout his career, he has developed in-depth expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and leadership, contributing to the success of these organizations. François Michel holds a specialized graduate diploma in finance and management control from IAE Paris and a master’s degree in applied economics from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
