Base for enclosures

New from Rittal the all new Flex-Block base/plinth for Rittal TS 8 and SE 8 floor standing enclosures offer many new benefits for customers.

For time saving, Rittal’s new Flex-Block allows quick, tool free assembly of the fully symmetrical plinth; simple push fit of plinth infill panels and easier transportation of an enclosure with the infill panels removed.

For improved efficiency Rittal’s new Flex-Block offers tool-less assembly of all base components, as well as installation of accessories such as mounting rails, levelling feet or castors; and is bayable using baying clip from behind into recesses provided, again with no tools required.
For mounting surface, four fibreglass-reinforced poly-amide blocks are fitted to each corner. Blocks provide 100mm high base/plinth structure allowing for infill panel removal for transport and cable ways. A 25mm pitch for mounting rails allows standard cable management accessories to be utilised from the product range.
