Albert Ellison, owner of Ellison Sensors and ESI Technology has sold his companies to the Germany company SUCO."As part of my retirement plan and succession of the business I am pleased to inform you SUCO Robert Scheuffele GmbH & Co KG of Bietingheim-Bissingen (D) have acquired ESI Technology Ltd its brands Ellison Sensors International – TSM – Sigtel and Ellison Sensors Inc Florida. SUCO are a privately owned 70 year old pressure switch manufacturer in Germany with the same philosophy for customer support and business growth as ESI."
The staff at Wrexham (GB) and Boca Raton (FL US) will all remain with Jochen Kuehner becoming General Manager.
"I will be retiring at the end of the year and will be using the remainder of the year for support and handover to SUCO. "I thank you for your business and support over the years , I am confident of the ongoing support you will receive from ESI in developing business with your company"
