Proseries-M® MD-3 Hybrid Diaphragm Chemical Metering Pump from Blue White Industries is now equipped with sonic welded manifolds for added durability and protection from chemical leaks.

The carefully engineered MD-3 provides precision chemical metering for treatment of Municipal Water and Wastewater. MD-3 is NSF 61, CE, ETL and NEMA 4X certified.

MD-3 has 2000:1 turndown, and provides smooth chemical dosing with no pulsation dampener. With 380 strokes per minute, MD-3 provides steady flow. Output rates to: 58 GPH (220 LPH) and pressures to 145 PSI. Long service life at high pressures with no pressure regulator needed. MD-3 is 50% more energy efficient than similar units.

Polymer metering pump.

FLEXFLO® A-100N Polymer Pump handles high viscosity polymers used in water and wastewater treatment. These peristaltic metering pumps are equipped with Blue-White’s exclusive, built-in Tube Failure Detection system (TFD).

If TFD senses tube failure, the pump will automatically shut off and energize a relay or switch, permitting communication with external equipment, such as a back-up pump or alarm. This eliminates costly polymer spills and clean up. No false triggering is caused by condensation and wash down procedures.

CHEM-FEED® C-1500N Diaphragm Metering Injector Pumps from Blue-White Industries,  are compact and efficient.

C-1500N features include: All ball bearing, permanently lubricated gear motor for smooth, powerful and quiet performance; Double-ball inlet and outlet cartridge style ceramic check valves. The valve body and fittings are constructed of chemical resistant PVDF. Valves have FKM static seals and TFE/P ball seat o-rings. The diaphragm is PTFE coated EP.

The CHEM-FEED® C-1500N is offered with two output control options, Standard or Deluxe. Standard units feature quick adjusting and high accuracy mechanical stroke length control. The Efficient design allows for a minimum stroke length of 5%. Deluxe units feature stroke length and electronic time interval control. Time is adjustable from 5-100% of the repeating 5 second time interval (0.25-5.0), which results in precise, high frequency injections.

A U.S. Patent 8,639,363, is for a method used to control two or more positive displacement pumps in a system. The Component Control System ensures that two or more positive displacement pumps, operating in a system together, will run only if all pumps in the system are running.

Flex-Pro® A4 pump!

This can reduce costs by eliminating the need for separate pump controllers for each unit. Manufactured 100% in-house, this new single piece, longer lasting diaphragm design does not consist of multiple layers like traditional diaphragms. With zero breakdown or delamination, field maintenance and down time is decreased. With the introduction of a single material diaphragm, the pump head is now entirely PVDF material, reducing chemical compatibility issues of the only wetted parts.

The Exclusive, highly efficient, Patent Pending design is available in three various sizes. New features on metering pump

The newly redesigned and feature enhanced Chem-Pro® C2 Diaphragm Metering Pump, from Blue-White, has a broad range of capabilities.

The new design begins with a larger pump cover which allowed our engineers to increase the size of the control pad, and make it more intuitive. There is also a protective snap-on cover for the control pad.

Additional new features include: Remote Start/Stop is standard on all Chem-Pro models; 4-20mA output is available; upgradeable firmware; large single piece junction box – 40% larger than previous models, terminal block connectors are inside the junction box a and include additional junction box ports for external wiring; Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Etc. available.

Additionally,these metering pumps include: Maximum feed rate of 20.3 GPH / 76.8 LPH and maximum pressure is 175 PSI / 12 bar; 166 RPM (Maximum strokes per minute).
