Agreement for general purpose instruments.

As electronic systems continue to diversify in complexity and application, engineers require reliable, high‑performance measurement instruments that can be deployed consistently across R&D, production, maintenance, and education environments. A sales agreement with Thurlby Thandar Instruments Limited (TTi) has been signed by Anritsu. Under this agreement, Anritsu has started selling TTi general purpose test instruments in European markets as of 1 April 2026, expanding its portfolio beyond communications test and measurement into core laboratory and production instrumentation.

“The agreement allows us to expand our general purpose instruments portfolio alongside our communications test and measurement solutions, enabling us to support a wider range of customer applications from development to manufacturing and maintenance,” said Kenji Tanaka, Vice President and General Manager, Global Sales Centre at Anritsu.

TTi offers a wide range of general purpose test instruments, including power supplies, precision measurement instruments, signal generators, and RF test equipment, under its Aim-TTi brand. These products are widely recognized for their robust design, measurement accuracy, and strong cost‑performance across various key markets including aerospace, industrial, automotive, healthcare, renewable energy, and academic research.

“We are confident that combining Anritsu’s strong sales and support infrastructure with our products will enable us to deliver high-quality measurement solutions to a broader customer base. Through our collaboration with Anritsu, we aim to create further value and expand our market presence,” commented Mark Edwards, Sales Director at TTi.
