Taking high-performance connectivity to the next level with the innovative resin-free IP68 sealing, this breakthrough design from Lemo delivers fully watertight and dustproof performance without the need for resin or potting, simplifying assembly, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high reliability even in the most demanding environments.

Constructed from FDA-certified PPSU, the REDEL SP IP68 connectors are lightweight yet extremely durable, resistant to repeated sterilisation, harsh cleaning agents, and demanding environmental conditions. Featuring a patented internal Push-Pull latching system, a flexible insert system for both plug and receptacle, and resin-free IP68 sealing, they deliver secure, ergonomic, and fully watertight connections. With up to 22 contacts in a compact Ø15.5 mm footprint, they provide high-density connectivity in tight spaces without compromising ergonomics or handling.
