Plans for AGM.

Irish meeting arrangements influenced by COVID 19 pandemic.

Many events have been cancelled or rescheduled due to the unforseen advent of the coronavirus pandemic. Each organsation is organising different dates and indeed actual methods of holding their events.

The ISA Ireland Section has decided to hold its AGM for 2020 in December (at a date to be decided) this year. Additionally this change from the norm will allow the Section to synchronise the year of operations (including fiscal) with a calendar year (January – December) and thus move away from the current situation - mid-year (June to June).

It is anticipated that the date for the AGM will be decided at the next committee meeting scheduled for 7 October 2020 and you will be informed accordingly afterward about the selected date. All the relevant documentation will be sent to members as normal at least 21 days in advance of the AGM as outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws.
