Speaker is Hassan Kaghazchi. He is the chairman of PROFIBUS Ireland, Lecturer in Industrial Automation, and Director of Automation Research Centre at University of Limerick, with over 30 years of experience in Training, Education, and consultancy in automation.

PROFIBUS Ireland is the Irish branch of PROFIBUS/PROFINET International. Its mission is to support and promote the use of PROFIBUS and PROFINET technologies. This technical talk will cover the basics of PROFIBUS Technology, its benefits to the end users, application areas, and tools & techniques for diagnosing PROFIBUS networks. The presentation will conclude with a live demonstration of using COMbricks.
