Release the bandwidth potential of your scope!

Tektronix has given customers the option to upgrade the bandwidth of their existing DPO3000 or MSO3000 'scopes to the full 500MHz according to a release from TTi.

Because a customer's project requirements can change over time, there is often a need for improved oscilloscope performance.

With the addition of bandwidth upgrades for the MSO/DPO3000 Series Oscilloscopes, customers can purchase the bandwidth they need now, and simply upgrade it (up to 500MHz) when their project requirements change - without purchasing a whole new instrument.

Existing owners of DPO3000 or MSO3000 oscilloscopes can purchase a bandwidth upgrade regardless of the age of the product. However, for older models, re-calibration to the higher bandwidth is recommended
