Network diagnostics!

Seminars in this series always attract much praise:
“Very well presented and a lot of useful information”
“Fantastic as always and very informative”
“Superb day for experience and information”

This new seminar focuses on the practical aspects of maintenance and diagnostics of PROFIBUS and PROFINET installations (23rd September 2011, Warwick GB). Covering the use of PROFIBUS and PROFINET in key application areas such as packaging, printing, electrical and electronics assembly, robotics, automotive engineering, drives, mechanical handling and logistics, control systems and energy management, it addresses the key practical issues arising from the use of digital communications technologies in automated manufacturing and advanced engineering applications.

Supported by demonstrations and hands-on workshops of actual tools used in diagnosis and maintenance, the seminar will be of great value to Production Engineers and System Engineers involved in operation, fault-finding and maintenance of modern automated factories and machinery.

Standardised in IEC 61158, PROFIBUS and PROFINET provide state of the art digital communications addressing all the needs of the manufacturing and materials handling industries, significantly lowering capital expenditure on installation, commissioning and maintenance. They offer unprecedented integration of automation, control, monitoring and safety systems using standardised and widely supported communications and networking solutions.

Attendance is free of charge to pre-registered delegates from the User community, i.e. companies that own, operate, design, build or maintain automated plant.
