QSI Corporation has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of rugged operator panels and mobile data terminals for the industrial and transportation sectors. QSI Corporation is mainly active in the North American market and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah (US) with a turnover of approximately $20m and  70 employees.

The acquisition of QSI Corporation means:
- substantially increased body in the North American market with established sales and support channels
- a wider portfolio of products and solutions by adding rugged operator panels and mobile data terminals for the industrial and transportation sectors
- wider competence and development resources
