Lighting sales appointment.

Nelo Neves has been appointed as Head of Trade Sales with LEDVANCE in Britain and Ireland. He takes over from Steve Stark who is commencing his retirement following an impressive 36 years at OSRAM and LEDVANCE (since 2016).

Commenting on his appointment, Nelo Neves said, “Steve leaves us a brilliant legacy at LEDVANCE, building an exceptional team in the UK. His service to LEDVANCE and the lighting industry has been outstanding. I am looking forward to taking our dedicated team in Warrington forward, building on our strong relationships with our partners and customers in the UK and Ireland, and to addressing the new challenges and opportunities that the lighting market presents.”

 

Nelo Neves has been Managing Director for LEDVANCE South Africa since 2018 at the company’s Johannesburg office. Following a technical education in the UK he started his lighting career in an export role, progressing to Head of Sales. Across his career he has worked in Spain, Holland, Sweden, and across the African continent. He will be based at the the compnies offices in Warrington (GB).
